It really does help with pain relief and has a great range of heat. I love this new tool.

I get pretty severe cramps that really affect how much I can move around and exercise. I went hiking this weekend and suddenly got hit with some pretty awful stabbing pains. The Ibuprofen I had taken wasn't holding up but luckily I had thrown this heating pad into my bag just in case.I put on the heating pad, turned it on low, and buckled my bag right over. I didn't even notice it- it's sleek enough that even under my bag straps I was able to move freely. I wouldn't put it any higher than low when it's pressed against you like I had, because it could easily burn your skin. At low, had no issues.I still prefer my microwave bean bag for sitting on the couch because this one it's a bit cumbersome when wrapped around you and laying down as it wants to slide up.... but it's perfect for traveling.

I really like this. It was easy to use and comfortable. The highest red setting does get really hot, even with clothing between my skin and the belt so I like the white or blue setting best but the great thing is I can choose the temp. The belt changes settings on its own but I don’t have to wait, I can go right to the ones I like. It’s flat so it’s easy to wear under clothes out and about or at work. Well worth it. I’m glad I got this.

This thing is amazing!!!! Super long battery life, rechargable, it fits right under my pants!!!!! No one can tell I'm wearing it! It feels amazing, it cleans really easily, it's pretty, soooooo soft, like I LOVE THIS THING!!!! Sometimes I'll wear it on my back just because it feels good. It's helping my cramps SO MUCH! I just developed cramps 4 months ago and this is saving my life! I'm a server, so I'm on my feet all day. I need to get this for all my females!!!! Get it bishh! It's got BSP one hundo P!

The heat is amazing and I can fall asleep with it on to help surgical pain, nausea, bloating, cramps and is super comfortable! I even wear it out sometimes! I love it!

I can't believe how well this works. It's super thin and soft and gets way hotter (be careful!) than the thermacare wraps I usually use. I always have a heating pad in my lap (endometriosis) at home and have always wanted something comparable to use while out or during our many power outages. (Hot water bottle is a hassle for me.) This is exactly what I've been hoping for!

Came in the perfect time needed it so bad it’s the time for the monthly thing. and I Loveeeee it!!!

I love it. It isn't thick and bulky like the heating pads and it can be worn under my clothing without it being seen.
