My friend is 5'8" and suffers from the debilitating effects of Little Man Syndrome. He's been acting out more and more and taking it out on his normal sized friends and colleagues. I’m 6’1 but sometimes I like being almost as tall as my brother 6’4.All my friends wear these if we’re going out! If your girl ever wears heals you might want to put these on to look even taller. I can see so many uses for these for situations like going to the club or house parties, weddings, dances etc. for some reason even if I add just one inch I walk around with a grin on my face because nobody knows except for me that I’m a little bit taller lol

I really like the comfort of the soles. Additionally, they provided me with a great height which was the reason why I purchased. I am 5'1 and easily gained 5'3 with the soles. 10/10 would recommend. They also fit my shoes easily and are sturdy.

im a 5'5 guy and with these on and a good pair of boots I pull of 5'9 with only 2 of the 4 layers. honestly unless your really short or don't mind heels just but the two layers save money and the two layers offer enough comfort throughout a day without making you lose stability.

My son wanted these to increase his height. He inserted them into a pair of athletic shoes and they work well for what he wanted them for. He has not complained of any discomfort and they have held up for the time he used them.

I can't say how it is on comfort firsthand as I bought it for a friend. She always complained about being short so I gave her these and since then I haven't seen her stop grinning. My mom noted that she walks with a strut and seems more confident now. She did have to take them out when we where walking the mall after a long while (I think she's not used to heels and started too high with these) but she loves them!

This works with great extension of height; from my boots to my slippers. I discovered that I only needed 2 levels for a satisfactory height change. It was good to know that the product gave the versatility of height adjustment. Its comfortable to wear without pressure to the ball of my foot.

I like that these really fit well when inserted in my footwear and fit with ease. I was surprised how comfortable they feel when in use but could help more with pain relief but I only purchased to increase my height so it gets the job done. Thank you!!
